Scrapbooking is preserving family photos and the memories they represent for future generations.
When your photos are placed in acid-free albums, with names, dates, and occasions, you are on the way to creating a family heirloom.

Add die-cuts, or souvenirs ( we always save tickets and programs),
to embellish your pages. If you don't know where to start, visit some of the scrapbooking links below, to see some sample page layouts.

Once you get started on this, you will begin to see the possibilities.
I always take lots of photos and our grandsons love to look at the albums and relive the times "when we went camping with Tom", or "when we petted the dolphins at Sea World".

The boys are making their own albums, and have decorated the pages with stickers (acid-free), and written their own memories, complete with misspellings.
The pages are put inside plastic page protectors, and then into 3-ring notebooks, which makes them fairly childproof.

I made Jessica an album with photos of family members and pets, illustrating the ABCs- "D" is for Daddy, "J" is for Jessica, and "S" is for Samantha, etc.
She loves to turn the pages and look at them over and over again.

I hope that someday their grandchildren will enjoy them too.
