"Blessed are the children of quilters,
...for they shall inherit the quilts"

Most of the quilters I know have at least one cat, a few have as many as four. They all say that cats are drawn to quilts. In fact, it's almost impossible to keep a determined cat from sleeping on a quilt. So you might as well just give in and let her do it.

Samantha likes to do some of her napping on an album quilt on the living room sofa. It's close to the kitchen (in case someone opens a can of tuna), and she can hear our grandchildren coming in the front door and take cover. Other times, she's snuggled in my large basket of quilts in the corner.
